FUTURE HUMAN TEMPLE OF REST

FUTURE HUMAN TEMPLE OF REST The Art of Doing Nothing A space for the parts of us that long to be held, supported and cared for. In a world that constantly asks us to DO more, what if we simply allowed ourselves to BE? What if we gave ourselves permission to stop, rest and receive? Through gentle movement, healing, connection and a nourishing tea ceremony, we will explore the beauty of slowing down and simply being. Together we will... 🤍 Rest into Pleasure. 🤍 Rest into Stillness. 🤍 Rest into Connection. 🤍 Rest into Play. A space to soften, let go and be cared for without needing to give anything back. To remember that we don't always have to do, achieve or become. The greatest gift we can give ourselves now is REST. Come in your comfiest clothes or pyjamas. Soften and allow yourself simply to BE. 🤍 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - No form, No entry. If you are new to FHT, please fill out the Google registration form below and purchase your ticket.
