Hatha Flow with Simon

Join us for a holistic Hatha Flow yoga session that will energise and restore. The practice focuses on postural alignment and depth, helping you to find strength, stability and ease through foundational postures that engage the entire body. We will begin gently and explore a full range of postures (including back bends, core strengthening, and hip opening). This session is great for all levels (including beginners) – especially those looking for alignment, corrections, and knowledgeability. Registration is free, and contributions will be donation-based. ABOUT HATHA FLOW Hatha is one of the most traditional lineages of asana practices. Our goal is to balance active and passive energy throughout the body, working on strength and flexibility. We hold postures for longer than other dynamic styles (like ashtanga and vinyasa), emphasising alignment and focus. Flow practice harmonises movement with breath, creating an energetic rhythm conducive for cardiovascular health and mindful awareness.
