Leave the path better. Start your Thursday with a 5k along the river at an easy, conversational pace; run, jog or walk, whatever suits you. Nobody's left behind. For anyone whose work is meant to leave things better than they found it; climate, sustainability, impact, social enterprise. Any role, any stage. Schedule: 07:30 AM — Meet outside GAIL’s Bakery, Southbank (County Hall) 07:35 AM — 5K river loop (easy run / jog) 08:15 AM — Coffee & pastries 08:45 AM — Head to your desk 🎒 Logistics & Bags: Bags: We do not have a dedicated bag drop. Most runners arrive in run kit with a small running vest/belt, or drop their work bags at their office/gym beforehand. Showers: We recommend utilizing facilities at your office, local co-working space, or nearby gyms around Waterloo (e.g., The Gym Group, PureGym, or building facilities at County Hall).
