Full description from organizer

Join us for a talk to understand women's health conditions including endometriosis, adenomysosis, fibroids and PMOS (formerly PCOS). Open to women only Painful periods, heavy bleeding, bloating, fatigue, irregular cycles and persistent pelvic discomfort are experiences many women know all too well. But how do we recognise when something isn’t right? For too long, women’s symptoms have been dismissed, misunderstood or simply accepted as part of being a woman. It’s time to change that conversation. Join Luciane Alberto, osteopath, women’s health clinician and founder of eve clinic, for an open, informative and empowering discussion about four important conditions affecting women’s health: endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids and Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS, formerly known as PCOS). Together, we’ll explore: • What these conditions are and how they differ. • Common symptoms and signs that deserve attention. • The relationship between hormones, menstrual health, metabolism and pelvic pain. • How these conditions can affect daily life, relationships, fertility and emotional wellbeing. • Why appropriate diagnosis and individualised care matter. • Medical treatment options and practical ways to support health and wellbeing. We’ll also discuss common misconceptions, including why severe menstrual pain shouldn’t simply be accepted as normal and why hormonal conditions can affect much more than the reproductive system. No medical background is needed. This is an opportunity to learn, ask questions and feel more confident about understanding your body. Because your symptoms matter, your concerns deserve to be heard, and understanding your body is the first step towards taking ownership of your health. About the speaker Luciane Alberto is an osteopath, Brazilian-trained physiotherapist and women’s health clinician with over 20 years of experience helping people understand and improve their health. She is the founder of eve clinic, an independent healthcare practice in London, where she supports women experiencing pelvic pain, menstrual health conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, pelvic floor dysfunction and menopause-related changes. @eve.clinic.london Her approach goes beyond treating symptoms. She believes in listening, understanding the whole person and giving women the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their health. Alongside her clinical work, Luciane is passionate about education and regularly shares her knowledge through lectures, workshops and professional training. Her mission is simple: to help women feel heard, understand their bodies and realise that living with persistent pain should never be considered their only option.
