Playing on the psychedelic and mind-bending themes of this film, Sound Mirror (Angela Mak) will peform a live sonic invocation before the screening starts, using sound to prepare us for the uncanny about to unfold on the screen and opening the doors of our sensory perceptions... FILM SYNOPSIS Amidst the bloodshed of the English Civil War, a band of soldiers dig for treasure in a desolate field. But what unfolds is a hallucinatory nightmare as they battle for control amidst visions, supernatural forces, and alchemical promises.
