Moiré Interdisciplinary Art Exhibition and Programme

This project draws on Bauman's idea of 'the otherness of the other'. It approaches community-building as a process of negotiation conducted with empathy, rather than persuasion. Using the moiré pattern as a metaphor, the exhibition brings together artists and researchers whose practices move between different fields and cultures, and creates a space where something new can emerge in the overlap. The programme includes installation, visual art, sound, film, live performance and workshops, all in one room.
