Move, stretch and connect at a beginner-friendly women-only yoga class followed by a relaxed social, drinks and wellness goodies. MOVE & MEET 🧘‍♀️💗 A beginner-friendly, women-only morning of yoga, movement and connection, created by Base Collective LDN. Join us for Move & Meet — starting with a 50-minute beginner-friendly yoga class, followed by a relaxed social with some simple connection activities, including friendship question cards, to help get the conversation flowing. You’ll then have plenty of time to chat, enjoy complimentary wellness drinks by Remedy and wellness snacks, and get to know the other women in the group. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practise, the class is open to all levels. Come solo or with a friend — you’ll be warmly welcomed. We’re keeping this one intimate, giving you the best chance to connect and genuinely get to know the people you meet.
