Pens with Intention: FREE Joy Journaling Session

We are back. New venue, new vibe. This Joy Journaling session is happening at Prince of Peckham, right in the middle of Peckham’s constant movement, where things are always being created, reshaped, and carried forward. You might arrive with a busy head, unfinished thoughts, things you have been circling but not quite able to name. That is enough to start. We will move through a series of guided prompts that lean into the creative and slightly poetic. Nothing complicated, nothing to get right. Just simple starting points that open things up. A sentence can turn into something more honest than you expected. A word that can take you somewhere you had not planned to go. You don’t need to be a writer. Most people are not. Who it’s for? For anyone who: • has a lot going on internally and wants space to process it • wants something more honest than everyday conversation • enjoys reflective, creative spaces (even if they don’t “write”) • is simply curious All backgrounds and identities welcome.
