P&P Head Chef Rosanna leads a three-session beginner's workshop on pickling and fermenting. On three Thursday evenings in November and December, participants learn to make pickled vegetables, fermented dishes, and chili sauces, followed by a communal dinner.

P&P is launching its very first Beginner's Guide to Pickling and Fermenting. The workshops will be led by P&P's very own Head Chef Rosanna, and take place over three Thursday evenings (7pm - 9.30pm) in November and December. What do the 3 sessions cover? • 19th Nov - Workshop 1: Learn how to make your own homemade fresh & preserved pickled vegetables (inc. Japanese pickles & vinegar preserving) • 26th Nov - Workshop 2: learn the basic techniques for fermenting - inc. sauerkraut, swede kimchi, Balkan fermented vegetables • 10th Dec - Workshop 3: learn how to make, flavour & bottle your own lacto-fermented chili sauces. As part of each workshop, you will also get to share a delicious, homemade communal dinner with your fellow-picklers - and leave with jars full of tasty pickled/fermented goodness!
