Rev/Tech Ops - Trick or Treat?

Halloween's coming, so this month's rev/tech tech ops meetup gets a theme. Come opinionated. We're putting some of the leading rectech tools on trial and you're the judge & jury. For each one, you'll vote: is it a trick (overhyped, underdelivers, all hype no substance) or a treat (genuinely earns its place in your stack, does what it says on the tin, a 'partner' you like working with)? No fence-sitting allowed.Bring your strongest opinions on the tools you use, love, hate or have been burned by. As always: good company, ideas about the tools shaping our industry, and a few drinks to take the edge off. Fancy dress optional, animal print encourgaged.
