ROOTED IN STRENGTH: CALISTHENICS EXPERIENCE

Strong women start here! Join us at the BAR for a calisthenics experience. Get stronger, feel unstoppable! Join us for an empowering female only calisthenics experience celebrating strength, movement, sisterhood and representation. This event is about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where women, particularly women of colour, can feel seen, supported and inspired to explore their strength through calisthenics. With a special guest coach joining us to share their knowledge, experience and expertise. Whether you're a complete beginner or already on your calisthenics journey, this experience is an opportunity to learn new skillls and build confidence. More than just a workout, this is a celebration of what happens when women come together to uplift one another, break barriers and take up space in fitness. This is our space. Our strength. Our sisterhood.
