Run With Grief Club

Hey 👋 We’re Run With Grief Club - a running club for grievers, by grievers. 🤍 Join us on Saturday 24th October at 10:30am for our regular Run With Grief Club meet-up at Clapham Common. We’ll meet outside Clapham Common Tube Station (opposite Little Waitrose) before heading out for a gentle 5k around the Common. Walkers, joggers and runners are all welcome - there’s absolutely no pressure to keep a certain pace, and no one gets left behind. Afterwards, we’ll head to Common Cause for a cup of tea and a chat. ☕️ Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, whether you lost someone after an illness or completely unexpectedly, and whether this is your first time joining us or you’ve been before - you’re so welcome here. The plan• 10:30am - Meet outside Clapham Common Tube Station• 5k around Clapham Common - walk, jog or run• Tea & chats at Common Cause ☕️ No PBs. No pressure. No hierarchy of grief.Just movement, fresh air and being alongside people who get it. P.S. There’s no bag drop, so please bring as little as possible. We’ll have a volunteer who can keep an eye on coats and small belongings while we’re out. Come as you are. 🤍
