Shaped by HYBRID

Join us for a women’s performance-focused hybrid event tailored towards Athx 2027. You’ll leave the day knowing where you’re currently at with all elements from Strength, Endurance and Metcon. We’re excited to have OUTPUT Sports joining us for the day, bringsing their Velocity Based Training technology to help test your strength performance. Using OUTPUT devices, we’ll assess your strength and predict your 3RM Deadlift and 2RM Back Squat. Endurance and Metcon will be pairs, but don't worry you don’t need to come with a pair, we can pair people together. We will have fuel cards with race day tips, workout fuel and hydration sampling and a MARCHON Shake to finish the day. We also have some Adidas Drop Sets for the Enduracne winning pair! Come test yourself, benchmark your performance and see where you’re at.
