How to find the real user's problem

Join us for a beginner-friendly evening with Lovable exploring where Vibe Coding and Design Thinking intersect, and why this intersection matters for anyone building with GenAI. Two months ago we ran this workshop at the conference in Brighton. We got such amazing feedback that we were asked to repeat it one more time for our local community! Who is it for? This session is absolutely vital for anyone who has tried to build something with AI, only to watch it fail. Even after your friends gave you glowing feedback. (Spoiler: they were just being nice, and buyers still didn't want it!) Why now? Products usually fail not because of bad implementation, but because the problem was never properly defined. If you're iterating toward the useless thing, speed of iteration, the design, or the model is worthless. The rapid rise of AI put the tools into everyone's hands, but not the skill to identify the problem your users have. So, how to find a right problem to solve? Format Lection: We'll walk through a practical framework product people use to find the right problem to work on, before spending tons of money (or tokens) on development. Exercise: You'll team up in small groups to map out causes and assumptions. Free building time with Lovable: Make an app, a game, a website, or whatever idea you come up with based on what we discovered.
