This Black History Month, there's been no shortage of conversation about the wellbeing of Black and minority ethnic officers and staff across frontline services, the pressure, the code-switching, the mask that goes on before the shift starts and doesn't always come off after it ends. This roundtable is where that conversation gets a room. A closed, curated space for Black and minority ethnic officers and staff to reconnect with people who get it, share what's actually worked, and unpack how masking and code-switching stack when other parts of your identity are in the mix too. No reporting back. No senior leadership in the room. Just an honest catch-up.
