Vintage Paper Snowflakes

Join artist Claire Robinson for our latest festive workshop and learn how to make a set of beautiful 3D paper snowflakes! Made using vintage papers, these snowflakes measure around 20cm and are perfect for decorating your home over the festive season. You'll be given a 2D card template and paper, then will learn how to fold, glue, cut and assemble your snowflake, before finally adding a ribbon to hang it up with. Claire will demonstrate each step of the process and be on hand to give any help needed. She'll also talk through what papers work best, different ways to glue and how to design your own snowflakes, so that you'll have the know-how to carry on making more snowflakes at home. No prior experience is necessary and all materials and tools are provided. There'll be more templates and different papers available to make further snowflakes, so at the end of the morning you'll go home with 3 beautiful and unique decorations to impress friends and family with!
