General Admission £50 | Patrons £30 90-minute immersive practice | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Embark on an immersive voyage across India’s contrasting landscapes as you use yoga to travel inward from the outer self to the introspective inner self. Using custom footage shot across India by the Jñāna team, the session opens in the lush tropics of Kerala with a dynamic Vinyasa flow set against golden backwaters and ocean shorelines. Tracing the path of the Indus River, the practice transitions into guided breathwork (Pranayama), exploring the inner work required to draw awareness deep within. Reaching the high-altitude peaks of Ladakh, the practice settles into stillness, unshakeable grounding, and an extended meditation under the humbling grandeur of the mountains. This 90-minute classical yoga experience seamlessly integrates movement, breath, and meditation into a multi-sensory escape.
