Whether you regularly exercise or you’re simply looking for a gentle way to move your body, this session is for you. 💚 Through guided stretching, mobility exercises, controlled movement and mindful breathing, we’ll focus on improving flexibility, mobility and relaxation — while keeping faith at the heart of the experience. 🙏 What to expect ✨ Gentle stretching and mobility exercises ✨ Guided breathing and movement ✨ Exercises suitable for different fitness levels ✨ Time to slow down, reset and relax ✨ Faith-based encouragement and reflection ✨ A welcoming Christian community atmosphere ✨ An opportunity to connect with others No previous experience is required.
