Whether you're ready to launch your own venture or simply explore the possibility, this session will help you assess your readiness and develop your thinking. This interactive coaching session will cover the reality of working for yourself, help you to reflect on your motivations, and understand if starting a business is for you. Topics covered: • Checklist for self-employment • The skills and qualities of successful entrepreneurs • Understanding your attitude to risk • Completing a personal SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) By the end of the coaching session, you will have: • A clearer understanding of your motivations for starting a business • Recognise common start-up challenges and how to navigate them • Leave with practical actions to help you take your next steps
