DANCE YOUR SOUL AWAKE: FLOW ECSTATIC DANCE

A GATHERING BY FLOW COLLECTIVE: A DAY OF YOGA, MEDITATION, LIVE MUSIC AND ECSTATIC DANCE. Dance Your Soul Awake is an immersive ecstatic dance experience. Join us for a powerful journey of movement, connection and self-expression. 11th October at Core Clapton 12PM - 3PM. Our musical journey is carefully curated to guide participants through a dynamic and evolving landscape of sound, where movement becomes a chance to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind and explore the freedom of expression through dance. Beginning with soulful, grounding rhythms, the experience gradually builds into more energetic, driving and expansive peaks designed to awaken, energise and release, before gently returning to a state of balance, integration and calm. The atmosphere is expressive, embodied and heart-centred, a space where emotion, creativity and movement can be explored freely. While the environment may feel sensual and deeply connected, this is not a sexual space. We encourage clear boundaries and ask that all physical contact is based on mutual consent. There is no choreography, no right or wrong way to move and no expectation to perform. Whether your dance is gentle and still or wild and expansive, every expression is welcome. This is a sober event. To support a deeper sense of presence and connection, we ask that there is no alcohol or drug use, no talking on the dancefloor and no mobile phones during the dance journey. We warmly welcome a diverse and open-minded community, from experienced dancers to those attending for the very first time. Our intention is to create an environment that feels both grounding and expansive, a place where people can arrive exactly as they are, move freely, express authentically and leave feeling more connected to themselves and others.
