DISRUPT THE MORNING GRIND: Meet the women shaking up their industries

Three female founders from the worlds of coffee, cars & media share what it takes to challenge the status quo, paired with delicious coffee. We all consume things every day without necessarily thinking about who made them. The coffee we drink. The cars we drive. The adverts and films on our screens. But look a little closer and you’ll find industries where women are still underrepresented, overlooked or working against assumptions that have been around for generations. So what happens when women decide to challenge the way things have always been done? At Disrupt The Morning Grind, we’ll hear from three female founders doing exactly that, across coffee, media production and automotive. We’ll explore the hidden biases within these industries, what it takes to go against the grain, and how creating more space for women can change not just who gets to participate, but what these industries look like in the first place. What to Expect: • Coffee, Breakfast & Conversation (1 Hour): Kick off the morning with breakfast bites and an exclusive coffee tasting led by Girls Who Grind. • Panel & Q&A: A deep dive into breaking boundaries, followed by an interactive audience Q&A. Hear from the leaders of: • Bridget Productions: Creative production agency guaranteeing a 50/50 gender split on every job • Girls Who Grind: Independent coffee roastery sourcing 100% of beans from female producers • Women’s Auto Academy: Organisation running women-only car maintenance workshops Hosted by The Siren Circle, a community for curious women who are carving their own paths. Perfect for anyone interested in coffee, cars, advertising, or simply passionate about supporting women doing cool things. https://www.instagram.com/thewomensautoacademy/ https://www.instagram.com/bridgetprods/ https://www.instagram.com/girlswhogrindcoffee/ https://www.instagram.com/the.siren.circle/
