Embody Wellness : Health & Wellness Day

Join us for a celebration of all things Black Owned Health and Wellness - with market stalls, pilates, soundbaths and more! Introducing EMBODY WELLNESS! To round off Black History Month, The Exchange is transforming into a wellness hub for the day! Join us for a day celebrating Black health, wellness and community, with Pilates and movement classes led by JustJosieFitness, a documentary screening, and a market showcasing some brilliant independent Black-owned businesses. And there's plenty to explore beyond the classes! We'll have vendors selling everything from candles and sea moss to essential oils, self-care products and more. Whether you're looking to discover a new brand, treat yourself, or simply browse the market with a matcha in hand, there's something for everyone. Come along, move your body, discover some amazing small businesses and celebrate Black health and wellness with us. No need to book a class to enjoy the day — everyone is welcome to come down, explore the market and soak up the atmosphere! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! This event champions Black health, wellness and Black-owned businesses, but is open to all. Everything we do at The Exchange is for our community, no matter who you are. Come and celebrate with us!
