From StartUp to ScaleUp: three architects share lessons on starting a small practice, winning work and building lasting client relationships Starting an architectural practice takes more than good design. Where does the work come from, how do you turn early opportunities into lasting client relationships, and what drives the decision to grow? This event brings together three architects at different stages of the small practice journey—from recently established founder to experienced employer—to share their experiences, challenges and lessons learnt. The discussion will explore finding first clients, building work through personal networks, referrals and collaborations, and moving into new sectors.
