Gigi Wilde live at St Pancras Old Church

For fans of Fiest, Alice Phoebe Lou, Saya Gray: Gigi Wilde performs music from her upcoming EP live at St Pancras Old Church Gigi Wilde performs music from her upcoming EP 'Life at the Kitchen Table' (disc 2) 'Life at the Kitchen Table,' a statement on the small moments that build us, represented by the idea of a liminal, functional space. The kitchen table, where you have tender moments, blazing rows, first meets, watch your parents grow older and everything in-between. It’s a metaphor that emphasises the beauty and the cinematic in the everyday mundane. Produced by close collaborator Ed Allen, her 2025 debut EP Life At The Kitchen Table garnered support from BBC Introducing, Soho Radio, Radio 1 Future Pop and other key radio outlets. The project established Gigi as a distinctive new voice, with its melodic warmth drawing comparisons to Feist. She went on to sell out a self-promoted headline show at London’s St Matthias Church, as well as performing at the Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room. ‘driving’ swings open the door to a new chapter, with more music to come throughout 2026 and beyond. For Gigi Wilde, “intention and integrity” have been the guiding forces behind her rise to date – from music and visuals to screenprinting and DIY, handmade merch – with her luminous new single ‘driving’ the latest expression of that uncompromising creative vision. Raised in north west London, Gigi grew up attending weekend jazz school, where rhythmic complexity was central. Over time, she’s “shaken off” some of that genre-purist mindset, honing songs that feel bright and buoyant on the surface but are knotted with emotional detail underneath and shaped by a wealth of influences: primarily, her favourite poets’ economy of language (Dylan Thomas, Anna Akhmatova), Little Dragon’s Yukimi Nagano and the freedom of UK garage. ‘driving’, as Gigi puts it, is “the most distilled version of my world so far”, a propulsive number about rolling with life’s punches and finding momentum.
