Join us at Thirty Eleven Studio for an afternoon of stepping to some hot bangers! Designed for mums, this step class is an opportunity to get some pep in our step as we pour back into ourselves by hopefully trying something new. Inspired by elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training, barre uses small controlled movements to improve strength, balance, posture and endurance, helping you feel connected to your body from the inside out. And because we don't believe the experience should end when the workout does, we'll wind down afterwards with drinks, refreshments and time to actually talk, connect and meet the women you've just been sweating beside. No previous expereinces is needed, just come ready to step!
