Pop Girlies: Spooky Season Spin Class!

I eat spin classes up, breakfast & lunch ;) Welcome to your Pop Girlies: Spooky Season Ride! Join us at Revolt for a girly pop x spooky season spin class! As always in our pop girlies rides, will be riding to a banging set list of all our fave pop girlies, but this time there is a theme within a theme and it's pop girlies do SPOOKY SEASON! Think Disturbia by Rihanna, Cannibal by Kesha, Miley's cover of Zombie, Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me by Taylor, Vampire by Olivia, My Kink Is Karma by Chappell, Monster/Teeth/The Dead Dance + countless other Gaga songs, anything by Kim Petras or Florence + The Machine and Lana's version of The Season Of The Witch. All the pop girlies have at least one spooky season bop and halloween is such a rich musical holiday... WE LOVE IT! The ride will be approx 55 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down. Revolt is London's first sustainability focussed fitness studio. The spin bikes convert your effort into electricity which helps power the studio. At Revolt, you will be provided with cleats (specialised spin shoes) on arrival and every bike has a set of weights under the saddle, so we will be incorprating some arm strength tracks into our ride at this venue :) Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome! Ash is a queer, non binary human dismantling diet-culture one spin class at a time! Check out their vibe on insta @ashrideslondon :) Gay christmas lovers assemble!!! *********************************************************************************** Ash Rides London classes are offered using a sliding scale for pricing. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. We encourage you to consider the Green Bottle Method (see image below), designed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, for guidance as to where to place yourself on the sliding scale. QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE *The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class and represents the full green bottle. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Disturbia'. *The middle price ticket represents the half full green bottle. We have called this option 'Cannibal'. *The bottom price ticket represents the almost empty green bottle. We have called this option 'There Will Be Blood'. There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'My Boy Builds Coffins'. (Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)! THANK YOU :)
