Each of our all-day workshops (one a month!) offers Londoners a kind of sanctuary space to come "home into themselves", dance, be themselves, dive deep, have fun, release stress, connect with their body, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being. Through this unique transformational dance process, you will be guided into befriending all the aspects of your Being. Your Embodied Nature, your Hearts deep longing, and your personal connection to the Great Mystery. An Active Meditation and Alchemical Practice for the 21st Century! This is a very unique dance experience, a blending of ancient and contemporary transformational tools, including: Bioenergetics, Ecstatic Dance, Emotional Release (Catharsis), Chakra Journeying, Vipassana Meditation, Latihan ... with the powerful use of a blindfold - all these elements woven together to invite you into a deep state of presence, awakening & celebration. Waking up to celebrate the one that you are. There is no access to kitchen at the venue. ◈ 3:30pm-5:45pm CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS & RITUAL BREATH Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself, your body, and your sensations, to create safety, and then meet others in a non-traditional and heart-centered way. Learn to honour your personal boundaries, learn to enjoy your desire for connection, and communicate both with authenticity. With a guided Ritual Breath, we harness the power of breath to unlock a variety of transformative benefits. Breath helps to alter our state of consciousness, giving us a fresh perspective on life and connecting us to our body’s innate wisdom, jumpstarting various transformational process. Become more grounded and vital, more sensual, and more connected with your feelings, body, breath and your heart. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 1. Please come already dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for movement/fitness and dress in layers. Bring a set of dry clothes/small towel as you will probably get sweaty during the ecstatic dance session. Toilets are available at the venue but there are no separate changing rooms and there are no lockers at the venue, leave shoes, jackets in the hallway. 2. We dance barefoot, in soft indoor shoes or grip socks. 3. a Reusable water bottle. Tap water refill available at the venue. 4. Yoga mat, cushion & blanket (essential for Tantric Trance dance) Blindfolds will be provided. We will also provide some yoga mats, cushions & blankets at the venue. 5. Packed Food/ Snacks to have during the breaks, complimentary tea/coffee will be available. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
