A Sensory Food Play Workshop for Fussy Toddlers and the Parents Who Want Mealtimes to Feel Easier Join us in-person for a fun-filled adventure where little ones get hands-on with veggies! This workshop sparks curiosity through sensory play, taking the pressure away from the table and making food exploration exciting and joyful. Perfect for kids to touch, smell, and discover the colourful world of vegetables in a relaxed, playful setting. Come ready to explore and make new veggie friends! What you'll do: • Explore vegetables through sensory play • Participate in interactive story time • Move and groove to live music • Learn practical take home strategies for parents What's included: • Fresh snack for your little one • Goodie bag including a take-home tip sheet This session will be run by Sara Petersson, AfN Registered Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor specializing in family nutrition. Please note this workshop is designed for one parent and one child (ages 2 to 4) attending together as a pair.
