A wellbeing in nature workshop for Winter

Seasonal workshops that are designed to lift your mind, body and spirit by focusing on the healing and restorative powers of nature. Join us at the beautiful Laudato Si' Centre. Take a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing power of nature. This event is all about relaxation, rejuvenation, and reconnecting with yourself. Come and experience the calming effects of nature as we guide you through various therapeutic activities. Don't miss this opportunity to reset and recharge in a peaceful and serene environment. The sessions are designed to focus on your mind, body and spirit through the seasonal changes. The course is designed to help to train the brain to look for the positives in everyday life and activities, to be aware of oneself, present and focussed. Please note that this takes place in an outdoor environment and there may be some changes to the event based on the weather on the day. Please come dressed appropriately and wear comfortable footwear. There is limited parking available but we are served by good public transport links. We can accomodate for participants that need to leave early for school collection.
