CMCAFS Conference 2026

Foundations of Care - Psychologically - Informed Staff Support in High Pressure Environments Brought to you by CMCAFS and Centre for Psychologically Resonsive Leadership (CPRL) and facilitated by Clinical Psychologists and partner organisations. Many of us are working in high pressure environments and are supporting clients with their traumatic stories. Our conference will bring a range of people from varied sectors and backgrounds together to consider how we can best support our staff at every level of the organisation & enable them to thrive – drawing on psychological knowledge. We will be taking a ‘big picture’ cultural perspective and providing presentations & workshops for detailing how we can create and embed meaningful staff support that acknowledges the context in which we are working.
