This session's speaker is Pete Hall Jones, former headteacher now coach and keynote speaker, who works with schools and organisations on culture, mindset, and change. Expect a 15–20 minute provocation designed to challenge how the room is thinking, not a lecture. Hive mind. Bring a challenge you're actually facing.
