Our churches are carefully selected, and St Bart's is a favourite as it features a heated floor! The acoustics, stillness and atmosphere of St Bartholomew’s create a uniquely grounding environment where resonance moves gently through the body and the mind finally gets permission to stop working so hard. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ TICKET OPTIONS ✨ General Admission Full access to the Higher Frequency Live™ Candlelight Relax & Restore experience + aftercare. ✨ Early Access + Higher Frequency Oil Includes: (As above) • Priority/first entry for preferred positioning within the church(if you have a favourite spot...this ticket is for you) • Complimentary Higher Frequency blended aromatherap, pulse point oil...allowing you to continue the feeling on at home through your senses. • An opportunity to settle into the space ahead of general admission. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT TO BRING Please bring: • A yoga or exercise mat • Blanket/s (remember its winter in a church) • Cushion or pillow • Water for hydration • Any additional cosy items that help you relax and stay super warm and cosy. Seating is available within the pews if preferred.
