My movement journey started training as a contemporary dancer, through this training I learnt how much more the body was capable off, than I could see on the surface. My love for dance comes from my love to move my body which brings me joy, peace, creativity, and freedom. My yoga journey has helped me understand the difference between movement and stillness and the power they both hold. Whilst showing me the ways a mindfulness practice can enhance my daily life and improve my mental wellbeing. Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that I fell in love with as a meditation, allowing the body to completely reset, drop into a deep relaxation, improve your sleep, boost your nervous system, and overall improve your mental wellbeing through the power of sound. My mission is to help you improve your mental wellbeing by incorporating movement and mindfulness into your everyday lives. Working alongside your own capabilities and interests.
