Move & Manifest

Set your intentions for 2027 with vision boarding, affirmations, and a grounding yoga flow in Manchester City Centre. Move and Manifest Start your year with clarity, intention and movement. Join me for a social afternoon where we reflect on 2026, discuss our goals and moving into 2027 with purpose and alignment. We'll begin the morning with a workshop where we dig deep and explore where we want to move forwards, then going into a creative session where we make some vision boards to spark inspiration and bring your dreams to life visually - as well as a beautiful keepsake from the day. We'll then lock in these intentions with an empowering and uplifting yoga flow - connecting the mind, body and breath to deal in these manifestations to feel centred, inspired and ready for the new year. What's included? • All yoga equipment, and materials for creating a vision board. • Guided affirmation practice. • A beautiful and grounding yoga flow. There is no experience needed, come alone or with a friend!
