Screening - Have You Heard From Johannesburg: The New Generation

Manchester Apartheid Free Zone (MAFZ) screens 'Have You Heard From Johannesburg: The New Generation' (2010) Do you despair about the genocide in Palestine, but aren't sure what you can do about it? Join us as we look to the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa to inspire ourselves and answer difficult questions about what anti-apartheid struggle can look like today. The screening will be followed by an optional group discussion, in which we invite attendees to share their thoughts, feelings, concerns, and ideas. Attending the event is also a fantastic opportunity to learn about the campaign Manchester Apartheid Free Zone is running in your local community. We hope to see you there! Doors: 18:30 Screening starts: 18:50 Run time: 59 minutes (Ticket costs will go towards covering the hire of the room, and if we sell enough, printing campaign materials!)
