A Day For You is an afternoon to put the business aside for a few hours and do something for you, your body, your mind and your social life. ✨ Join us at Pure Align Studios for a relaxed afternoon of mat Pilates, refreshments and connection with other women in business who understand the realities of building something of your own. Come move your body, switch off from work for a little while, have a drink, chat, meet new women and hopefully leave feeling refreshed rather than thinking about your next to-do list.
