Women and non binary folk social gravel ride 📍 Hadfield Train station, Hadfield, Glossop ⏰ meet at 10:45am - leave by 11:00am 🙋‍♀️ Lucia (she/they) 🚲 19 km, mainly traffic free A gravel route from Hadfield, on the edge of the Peak District. This September we are coming to you with a gravel route from Hadfield, on the edge of the Peak District. This is a techy but short route, where we'll get a chance to test our gravel skills while taking in some of the best views around Manchester! As always, don't worry about potential mud patches or steep hills, as we can push our bikes up them together and then have a snack at the top. This social is for women and NB folk who feel comfortable in a space that centres women. This social and route has been organised by Lucia from Bird Outdoors. This is a social ride not guided so everyone is responsible for themselves, the route can be found on Komoot here so take time to familiarise yourself with it before we head out. If you have a bike computer/ phone please download the route to have with you on the ride. This is a social, no drop ride, we will ride at a pace that is comfortable for all and nobody will get left behind. There will be a member of our organisation team at the front and back of the pack. Please make sure that you have checked your bike over (ideally with an m-check) before you come along to the ride to ensure it's in good working condition.
