Social Gravel Ride | Saddleworth | 21km | Women and NB folk only

Women and non binary folk social gravel ride from Greenfield station 📍 Greenfield Train station ⏰ meet at 10:30am - wheels rolling by 10:45am 🙋‍♀️ Jac (she/her) 🚲 21km A mixture of towpath, disused railway bridleways and some steep sections high above the villages offering fabulous views. Nothing too technical, fine on a gravel or mountain bike but a few short thigh burner (or get off and push) sections This social is for women and NB folk who feel comfortable in a space that centres women. This social has been organised by Jac from Bird Outdoors. This is a social ride not guided so everyone is responsible for themselves, the route can be found on Komoot here so take time to familiarise yourself with it before we head out. If you have a bike computer/ phone please download the route to have with you on the ride. This is a social, no drop ride, we will ride at a pace that is comfortable for all and nobody will get left behind. There will be plenty of stops for snacks and photos. Please make sure that you have checked your bike over (ideally with an m-check) before you come along to the ride to ensure it's in good working condition. We do have a 'no helmet no ride' policy so please make sure you wear yours! Please bring all your kit to be self sufficient during the ride, this is not guided and you must come prepared to manage your own bike and kit, thanks! Any other questions please do drop us a message :)
