The Crow (1994) at Glossop Cinema Club - Devil's Night Screening

Join us on Devil's Night (when the film is set) for this big screen showing of the iconic 90s movie The Crow starring Brandon Lee. Boasting gorgeous gothic visuals and one of the most popular soundtracks of all time, 1994's The Crow is a tragic and iconic revenge thriller with a supernatural edge. On Devil's Night (October 30th) Eric and Shelley Draven are brutally murdered, but one year later Eric returns from the grave to seek vengeance. Starring Brandon Lee in, sadly, his final on-screen role due to a terrible accident on set, this film's haunting legacy encapsulates what was so captivating about Brandon as a performer, and lends the film a bittersweet and near otherworldly quality. With a supporting cast that includes the gravel-voiced Michael Wincott (Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves), Ernie Hudson (Ghostbusters), Tony Todd (Candyman), and David Patrick Kelly (Twin Peaks). We're holding a very special Devil's Night screening, wear black, paint your face, befriend a corvid and join us upstairs at The Globe, Glossop from 7:30pm on Friday October 30th for this big, booming showing of the enduring 90s banger!
