About White Ribbon White Ribbon is the UK's leading movement engaging men and boys to help end violence against women and girls. It encourages men to stand beside women, speak out against sexism, challenge harmful attitudes and behaviours, and become active allies in creating safer communities. At The Wish Centre, we believe creating a future free from violence requires all of us to play our part. Through this Gala Dinner, organised by The Wish Centre, we are inviting businesses, community leaders, families and individuals from across Lancashire to stand together in support of women and girls, raise vital funds for our services, and demonstrate that violence and abuse have no place in our communities.
