For me, skincare has never been solely about appearance. It is about understanding the skin as a complex, changing organ; recognising that every individual has different needs; and approaching the importance of making informed choices rather than relying on trends, assumptions or unrealistic expectations. My approach centres on education, personalised care and the belief that when people understand their skin, they are better equipped to look after it. I aim to bridge the gap between professional skincare knowledge and everyday skin health, making education accessible, meaningful and relevant to real people with real skin concerns.
