The Downward Dog | Industrial Yin Yoga: A Nine Inch Nails Experience

Sink into a slow, atmospheric Yin Yoga practice inspired by the industrial soundscapes of Nine Inch Nails. All welcome. Limited places. This 90-minute class blends long-held, accessible Yin postures with trauma-informed guidance, mindful breathing and a carefully curated soundtrack to create space for reflection, release and stillness. Expect dim lighting, heavy music, and a welcoming environment where all bodies, abilities and levels of experience are invited to practise at their own pace. Chairs and adaptations will be available throughout.Whether you're a lifelong fan or simply curious about a different kind of yoga experience, this class offers a unique opportunity to explore stillness through sound.
