A Gathering - a restful retreat day to honour the change of season within

An autumn retreat for women to pause, breathe, stretch and reflect. Enjoy yoga, nature, meditation, seasonal rituals and a homemade lunch It’s a few precious hours to soften what feels tight, put down what feels heavy and spend some time being looked after for a change. Held in the beautiful countryside setting of Hastoe Village Hall, the morning will include: Grounding autumn yoga — slower, earthier movement and strong standing poses. Pranayama and meditation — calming practices to settle the mind and reconnect with the body. Journalling and reflection — space to consider what you’re ready to let go of and what you’d like to make room for. Autumn nature walk and walking meditation — noticing the changing landscape around us. A simple letting-go ritual — symbolic, meaningful and without getting too mystical about it. Restorative yoga and yoga nidra — time to properly exhale and rest. Homemade lunch, autumn teas and bakes. Fire and seasonal ritual — marking the shift into a new season. Expect thoughtful movement, quiet reflection, fresh autumn air, warm food, tea and cake — and a room full of women who, like you, could probably do with a little time to themselves. No yoga experience needed. No performance required. No need to arrive with anything figured out. Just come exactly as you are. We'll work it out together
