2 hours of Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Gong bath, Yoga Nidra and Meditation for someone who needs a reset This is a 2 hour workshop for someone who needs a reset! Life is hectic and stressful. To be our best we have to first take care of us! Starting with an hour of gentle, relaxing yoga then moving on to sound healing... Using a mixture of tools from Reiki, Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Gong bath, Savasana, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and more. This WORKSHOP aims to cleanse you mind, body and soul leaving you feeling ready to face another day! Please bring your own mat, blankets, pillows. Some will be provided along with bolsters, eye pillows and heavenly scents all to help you relax. FREE PARKING is available on the street.
