Join our waiting list for swimming sessions Thursday Swimming Lessons – Waiting List Interest Expression of Interest Location: Polam Swim School, 45 Lansdowne Road, Bedford, MK40 2BU F4YP have swimming lessons on Thursdays @ Polam Swim School. Lessons are 30minutes and are aimed at teaching beginner and intermediate swimmers. Lessons are allocated based on age and ability. Currently we may have space to accomodate swimmers: School years 1-5 who are BEGINNERS (can swim max 10m without float) School years 6-11 who are BEGINNERS (can swim max 10m without float. LIMITED TICKETS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR YP IN THESE CATEGORIES. Booking a ticket does not guarentee a space If your YP does not fit into these categories but you would like them to join the swimming waiting list, please contact the team @ [email protected] or call the office 0300 102 4541 Waiting List Information Submitting an expression of interest will allow us to record your young person's details and swimming ability on our waiting list. Please note: We cannot guarantee a start date or provide an exact waiting time. Places are allocated according to age, swimming ability and the suitability of the available lessons. Swimming lessons run in 10-week terms.We will use the information provided to help identify an appropriate lesson when a suitable space becomes available. We reserve the right to refuse places to applicants. • All staff are independently DBS checked. • During the course, your YP may receive additional support from the pastoral team. • If your child has an EHCP or additional support at school, it is helpful for us to know this beforehand so that we can provide consistent support. We may also contact the school if we have additional concerns. If your child has 1:1 support at school, please inform us of this. For all new YP we may conduct a school visit to set. • We accept purchase of tickets as agreement to Fun 4 Young People's (F4YP) privacy notice, terms & conditions, and safeguarding policy. These can be found in full at www.f4yp.org/needtoknow. You will be asked to indicate your understanding of this on the ticket form. • We accept purchase of tickets as parental consent for your YP's to receive emergency medical aid if required during his/her attendance at any of our programmes. You will be asked to indicate your understanding of this on the ticket form YOUNG PEOPLE SHOULD LIVE IN OR ATTEND SCHOOL IN BEDFORDSHIRE.
