Every day we hear from parents who want to understand the teenage years better, why behaviour changes, how to reduce conflict and how to stay connected as independence grows. Our flagship workshop, Talking Teens, will give you: • Insights into how the teenage brain develops • Practical tools to improve communication and reduce arguments • Strategies to support independence while setting boundaries • Confidence to handle the years ahead This is not a lecture. Our expert facilitators create a supportive, interactive space with group discussions, activities, and real-life strategies you can use straight away. (And don’t worry—no role play!) What you’ll learn: • Why teens take risks and push boundaries • The physical and emotional changes driving behaviour • How feelings and behaviour are linked • How to stop arguments from escalating • Negotiation skills for tricky situations You’ll leave with proven techniques to support your teen—and yourself—through this important stage.
