The Muse Sessions is a beginner-friendly class for women in Hertfordshire who are ready to become the muse of their own life and the main character of their own story. Each session blends somatic meditation, dance therapy practices and sensual choreography to help you release the shame and fear held in the body, grow your confidence and expand your self-expression. It's about expression, not performance. Your host Tania Rose Willis is a somatic therapist, tantra teacher and feminine embodiment coach, guiding women across the UK and Ibiza home to their bodies and the truth of who they came here to be.
