Croissant and the art of Lamination by Pink lane bakery

Join us for a Pink Lane bakery adventure, where you'll get creative learning the art of croissant making Want to Learn the secrets to creating flaky, buttery croissants in your own kitchen? This hands-on course is designed for passionate home bakers who want to learn the foundational skills of lamination and croissant making. It is also suitable for those looking to step into the world of Viennoiserie or refine their craft. This full day, hands on baking course will be taught at our fully kitted out training workshop in Baker’s Yard, just 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street. You’ll learn how to mix dough and master different folding techniques all by hand! There’ll be lots of time for you to get stuck into making, alongside some demonstration from our talented bakers and lots of discussion and questions. You’ll be emailed a full programme by email a week before your course. We’ll provide tea, coffee and pastries on arrival and a lovely Pink Lane salad and savoury lunch to enjoy. You’ll go home with everything you’ve made, a goodie bag of recipes and more as well as the confidence and experience to bring to your baking at home. Please note, we offer refunds up to 7 days before this event - any refunds will require you to pay eventbrite fees of around £10 - this will be deducted from the balance of your refund.
