Join us for a private beach sauna experience at Steam & Salt, where we’ll warm up, slow down, take in the sea air & spend some quality time. Hot & Salty 🌊🔥 Everyone attending must complete the Steam & Salt safety waiver before the event:What better way to welcome autumn than with a cosy morning by the coast? 🍂🤍 Complete the sauna safety questionnaire & waiver Join us for a private beach sauna experience at Steam & Salt, where we’ll warm up, slow down, take in the sea air and spend some quality time together as a community. 🧖‍♀️ Sauna experience: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM After the sauna, we’ll have some hot ceremonial cacao, fresh fruit & snacks, followed by a little journalling session to slow down and set some intentions for the new season. 📝🍫✨ Our journalling session will take place outside if the weather allows. If not, we’ll provide the worksheets for you to take home. 🌊 SEA DIP Fancy a dip? You’re welcome to join us for a refreshing sea dip, but this is completely optional - there is absolutely no pressure to get in! 🎟️ YOUR £25 TICKET INCLUDES 🧖‍♀️ Private beach sauna experience 🍫 Hot ceremonial cacao after the sauna 🍓 Fresh fruit & snacks 💧Water 📝 Journalling session 🤍 am.society community experience 🧺 WHAT TO BRING 🩱 Wear your swimwear underneath your clothes to save time 💧 A water bottle (or 2!) 🧥 Dryrobe / warm coat / hat / gloves 🧺 2 towels - one to sit on in the sauna and another to dry off 🧣 Warm, loose layers to change into afterwards 🪑 Something to sit on after the sea dip if you plan to join us for the journalling session IMPORTANT: You MUST sit on a towel in the sauna, so please make sure you bring two.
