This full-day course focuses on making sourdough bread by hand and will cover mixing, kneading, proving and baking for sourdough success at home. We'll also make focaccia and learn about working with higher-hydration doughs. Then we'll finish with sweet cinnamon buns to round off your baking day. There'll be lots of hands-on time making your own doughs, with expert help on hand from our senior bakers with tips, tricks and techniques. We'll make and enjoy a pizza lunch together. You'll head home with some of our 13 year old sourdough starter, a pack of recipes and the confidence to bring sourdough baking into your day-to-day. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this course is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their baking skills.
